Entry Requirements

To enrol in the IBP Level 7 Diploma, applicants should meet one or more of the following:

  • A recognised bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial, consulting, HR, or professional experience

  • A professional qualification in HR, psychology, management, or related fields

  • Exceptional candidates without a degree may be considered based on experience and a personal statement/interview


Programme Duration

The standard duration is 12 months, structured for flexible online delivery.
