Toyosi is a Safeguarding Welfare, Pastoral and Teaching Personnel with over 7 years of experience in the Education sector, she is a Sociology graduate from the University of Kingston in the UK and has a vested interest in the development of Children and women’s health

Toyosi has worked in partnership with external agencies in the UK to deliver programs in Education that focus on informing children and adults about relationships, mental wellbeing and additional needs. In her current role she is an educational psychologist facilitator and works alongside these professionals to develop the best action plans for vulnerable adolescents and children.

Toyosi’s role also encompasses working closely with professionals within the education support system in the UK to help children gain a deeper understanding of themselves and to work with parents and guardians to reintegrate students back into mainstream education or alternative provisions.

Toyosi is also the founder of The Girls Wellbeing scheme of work- A scheme of work created to support, enhance and inform young females about their anatomy; encourage safe wellbeing practices; present current opportunities for personal development and cultivate a healthy self-esteem.

Toyosi has extensive certifications in Counselling, Emotional literacy, Mental health, Digital Media she is also an educational healthcare plan co-writer and has certifications in data management in the workplace, governance and clerking and health and safety.

Outside Toyosi’s commitment to her roles in education, Toyosi also gained accreditation in Wedding planning and Events and has planned beautiful corporate and social events till date.

Joined the University of Greenwich in September 2019 as a Lecturer in Marketing and Marketing Communications. He holds a PhD in Strategic Marketing Management as well as an M.Sc in Management from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. Arinze also has a BSc in Economics from Babcock University, Nigeria. He was previously a research and teaching assistant at the University of Leeds, UK and a business tutor at Leeds International Study Centre, Study Group, United Kingdom

Arinze’s research interest focuses on the interface between organisational sustainability strategies, managerial networking relationship, emerging market strategies and market performance. Arinze is particularly interested in research that focuses on how emerging market firms survive in the face of institutional adversity.  He has presented his on-going research at renowned marketing and management academic conferences.

Arinze’s style of teaching includes paying attention to the use of relevant practical examples – based on case studies, relevant research papers and experience – to help students comprehend the theoretical underpinnings of academic theories and phenomena better. In doing so, he encourages an interactive class and stimulate an atmosphere where students freely ask questions and engage with their fellow students in discussions.

Arinze is currently the module leader on Global Marketing Management (Year 2) and Global Marketing and Emerging issues (Masters level)
